Terms, policies, and conditions are as follows:

  1. Pay before the lesson in cash or through Pay ID for full payment. No money, no lesson.
  2. If learners take any packages, They can pay in advance. Before the first lesson, they can pay the full amount of the chosen package. They can pay 90% in advance; the rest can be paid immediately before the package is finished.
  3. If you take 10 hours, package. Try to finish within three weeks until mutual agreement. After two weeks, if you can’t finish your package, Your package will be cancelled, and no money will be refunded.
  4. Any lesson cancellation is a minimum of 8 hrs’ notice. Otherwise, the total amount needs to be payable to the instructor.
  5. Learners need to maintain time. For the driving lesson at 10 a.m., learners should be waiting outside sharp by 10 a.m. If the learners or instructor are running late, They should communicate with each other. The instructor will wait for learners 10 minutes from the pickup location. If the learner is unavailable, The instructor will leave the place, and learners will pay him for the entire lesson.
  6. One hour of lessons means one hour of lessons. After the lesson, drop off at the pickup location until mutual understanding.
  7. Missbehave, urge unnecessary, rude behaviour, and not listen to the instructor. Any rude, arrogant behaviour is unacceptable. The instructor will cancel the lesson and package the lesson straightaway; the money is not refundable. If the lesson is not paid for, learners must pay before leaving. Please remember, subject to the material conditions, to apply to the learners.
  8. The instructor cannot advise which RMS is suitable for the driving test. Instructor responsibility only means teaching learners or giving lessons on the road.
  9. Any reason RMS cancels learners’ driving tests, for example, vaccination not done, log book not filled up correctly, or any other reason is not the instructor’s responsibility. Any dealings with RMS learners will be responsible, not instructors. The driving test package needs to pay the full amount no matter if the driving test is cancelled by RMS.
  10. Please pick up and drop off at the exact location (where you are picked up for your lesson should be the same place you are dropped off) unless there’s a mutual agreement to have different pick-up and drop-off locations.
  11. During the lesson, you cannot use your mobile phone or any video recording device without permission. This includes phone calls and messages. In case of violation, NSW RMS rules and penalties will be applied to the driver.

  12. Learners are allowed to bring their family member (only one) upon reasonable request, and they should be well informed in time before the lesson. If the learner’s family members are inside the car, they are not allowed to do video recording during the lesson under any circumstances. Any violation will not be tolerated and will be dealt with legally.

  13. Learners would be responsible for following all NSW RMS rules, including speeding especially in school zone times, road safety and following road signs.
